Rules and terms
What applies to accounts, payments, bonuses and identity checks, in one place.
§1 Who may play
Registering and playing need an age of 18, or your jurisdiction's legal gambling age if that is higher. Making sure online gambling is lawful at your place of residence is up to you.
§2 Operator and licensing
MAIREKE LIMITADA, a company registered in Costa Rica, operates Lucky Boom Casino under a licence issued by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. Anjouan law, in the Union of the Comoros, governs these terms.
§3 Account rules
Every person gets a single account. Enter correct details, and let the account name equal the payment method name. Look after your login data.
- Further accounts under the same name, device or payment method can be shut without notice.
- We take formal requests, self-exclusion and account closure included, only from the email address you registered.
§4 Paying in
Pay in only through a payment method held in your own name. Smallest deposit €20, or €40 for the fifth welcome-bonus deposit.
- Card allowance: 10 transactions daily, 40 monthly. Ceilings per card: €10,000 a day, €15,000 a month.
- Fiat and crypto sit in separate balances that cannot be merged.
§5 Payouts and checks
Full KYC comes before each withdrawal: an official photo ID, a selfie holding the document, and a bank statement or utility bill under three months old, with names that match. Under AML rules, deposits must be wagered three times at minimum before they can be withdrawn.
- Smallest withdrawal €40; review takes up to 2 business days.
- Non-jackpot winnings are capped at €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month; jackpot wins carry no cap.
- If a payout is larger than a method's single-transaction limit, it can arrive in instalments.
- A withdrawal still pending can be called off before it completes; the money goes back to your playing balance.
§6 Bonus rules
Switch each bonus on in your profile ahead of the deposit that triggers it; you cannot attach it later. One bonus runs at a time.
- Wagering is ×40 on the welcome pack and ×15 on the first live bonus.
- While wagering, a single spin or round may stake €5 at most, and €1 on the first deposit bonus.
- Share counted toward wagering: slots 100%, live casino 10%, table games and video poker 0%.
- Win ceiling for all bonuses: €10,000; payout ceiling after wagering: ten times the starting bonus.
- Asking for a withdrawal during an active bonus voids that bonus and the balance tied to it.
§7 Inactive accounts
After six months in a row with no activity, an account pays €10 a month while any positive balance remains.

§9 Updates to the terms
Terms, bonus rules and limits can be updated. Read the current terms before taking any offer. When a translation disagrees with the English text, the English text wins.
